"The waiting time at the Outpatients Clinic"

I suffered a fractured shoulder after a fall and was initially treated at another hospital. 

I was referred to the Fracture Clinic at Dandenong Hospital and was given an appointment time to attend the Outpatients Clinic.  I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time. I did not see a doctor till after a very long wait of almost 3 hours which I feel is disgusting.  I believe that it is obvious too many appointments are given to people like me and, I feel, your doctors cannot cope with the workload which is most unfair on patients - and doctors. 

I have another appointment tomorrow and am dreading a long wait once again.

I hope something can be done to improve the situation.
