"Lack of empathy from staff"

One mental health nurse lacks empathy and failed to provide appropriate care.

80% of the nurses are great but I feel there are some that are not. I believe they are understaffed and overworked, and as a result the patients are not receiving the appropriate care. I have discharged myself after being dismissed from several staff and the D&A counsellor (or whatever they are), I feel is an arrogant human. I feel they talk down to me so many times. 

They also breached my privacy by allowing someone into my room when I did not know they were coming and/or allow them to visit. 

Several comments made by staff are: watch out for the meth heads, they will start thinking there is something wrong with them, we are not miracle workers and I don't have time to chat all I can offer you is PRN.
