"Very poor nursing care"

About: Paynesville Gardens Care Community

(as the patient),

I am an advocate for the elderly. My ex-client, who resided at Opal Paynesville, had a fall. I understand that nothing was done and my client, who also had a diagnosis of dementia, was left for 4 weeks untreated until their spouse complained. This led to the resident having an X-ray to reveal that they had a fractured hip and had been left in pain. 

I believe the facility has also been told by their management to weigh the leftover food scraps and the weight of the scraps will come off the staffing budget.
