"My child's audiology appointments"

About: Armadale CAMHS

(as a parent/guardian),

I had a lot of trouble understanding what the Child Community Health audiologist was saying to my child recently. If I had trouble understanding what they were saying I'm pretty sure my child who has hearing problems would too.

Dear echoxc45,

I’m sorry to hear that your experience at your child’s audiology appointment wasn’t as successful as it should have been. At CAHS we strive for excellence, and we appreciate when parents take the time to tell us if that has not been their experience so that we can constantly improve services provided to children and their families.

If you would like to discuss your experience further, I encourage you to contact Deborah Flynn, A/Service Co-Director Community Health on Deborah.flynn@health.wa.gov.au or 9323 6654.

Kind regards

Katie McKenzie
