About: Armadale Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My sibling presented at the Emergency Department (ED) at Armadale hospital. They were so ill and yellow; anyone that saw them could see they were yellow. They advised the triage at admittance that they were so ill that they were going to pass out. They were told to go sit and wait. They went to the toilet and passed out in their toilet block. They were then rushed to another hospital and is currently on a life-saving machine. Any time anyone of my family members including myself, have had anything to do with  Armadale hospital we have been nothing but treated badly in ED and nothing is done until it's too late or until it is a dire emergency. I have never had confidence in Armadale hospital.

I am very concerned to hear of the experience of your sibling in the Emergency Department (ED). What you have described sounds extremely distressing and I am very sorry to hear that your family member is now on a life-saving machine.
