"Thankful for the care of our toddler"

(as a parent/guardian),

Whilst on holiday in Coral Bay, our toddler fell over and cut their knee quite badly. Our toddler doesn’t handle these things well and would only let us lightly clean it and put a bandaid on. We were concerned that it needed professional attention so my spouse rang the nurse's number later in the day and we were able to meet with the nurse, Jan, basically straight away.

On arrival, Jan greeted us warmly and immediately set us at ease. To our surprise, Jan was able to quickly and efficiently give our, usually hot-headed, child the care they needed. She passed on to us clear instructions and a care pack to maintain the wound for the rest of our stay.

We are so very thankful to Jan for the care and attention she provided to our child.
