"Please clean cigarette butts."

Please clean cigarette butts out the front of Ringwood hospital. They are scattered around and left there forever.

Also for smokers I strongly recommend that the smoking area should be built somewhere behind building or ward. 

I feel smokers don't care about other people. I'd have to inhale the smoke smokers emit as entering the hospital.

I've never seen what I believe to be such an unethical and unconsidered smoking spot.
