After weeks of pain in my right foot all the way up to my lower back and having xrays & ultrasounds finding nothing, my doctor referred me to Ally, a physiotherapist at Collie Hospital recently.
I had got to a point where I couldn't walk without pain and had to use a walking stick. After one physio session where I was shown a basic exercise and approx 3 days of doing this, I have now been able to get around without a stick and the pain has decreased dramatically. She has also given me more simple exercises to do to help and has given me a new lease as I can manage my pain without medication.
Ally was absolutely brilliant and she completely understood and has taught me simple techniques to ease my chronic pain without medication, most of all without patronising or talking down to me. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most of all caring. She has given me my life back and helped me to learn how to live with my chronic pain.
