"Poor patient care"

I called House Call Doctor in regards to my migraine.

I was fine when I called, I just needed the medical certificate because I didn't get to attend my training and they required me to submit a medical certificate.

The doctor called to inform me that they cannot come to my house because my headache was not considered to be a serious medical condition. They wanted me to pay a medical fee of $105 just to show up.

If I have a serious medical condition I wouldn't call them, but rather call the emergency services.

I feel this is an utter disgrace for all house doctors and I'm really disappointed with the service that I received.

My family and I have been receiving services from House Call Doctor and this was totally different from all our experiences from the past.
