About: Broome Health Campus Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS Kimberley

(as the patient),

I would like to say a big thank you to the Broome PATS (Patient Assistance Travel Scheme) ladies. The last year especially has been particularly difficult for me (and my partner) health-wise, having to fly to Perth every fortnight for treatment. The PATS ladies are always courteous and helpful even when I have thrown difficult situations at them and had to change or cancel flights last minute due to unexpected complications. I understand these ladies deal with some difficult and complex patients but they should be congratulated and acknowledged for the fabulous work that they do. Thanks again for making a tough year more tolerable. 🌹

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience with the Broome PATS office.

The PATS staff work really hard to provide a helpful and professional service to members of the community and your generous acknowledgement of this is appreciated. I will be sure to pass your wonderful feedback to them.

I hope the coming year will be a better one for you and your partner. Please be assured that the staff at PATS are very happy to continue to be of assistance to you if and when you need it.
