"ED experience"

About: Hedland Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I recently attended the Emergency Department (ED) with a small injury that required stitches and was so happy with the level of care I received from all staff.

From the ED clerical staff to the triage nurse to the treating doctor, there was empathy, humour, professionalism and compassion. I felt reassured by staff and felt like I was in good hands.

There was also a very quick turn around, the whole process taking less than 40 minutes.

Big thanks to all!!

Dear MatchSticks,

Thank you for taking the time to provide the wonderful feedback in relation to your experience at the Hedland Health Campus (HHC) Emergency Department (ED).

It is a pleasure to know that the team, both clinical and non-clinical, provided a positive patient experience.

I will pass on your feedback to the HHC Emergency Department (ED) team and I know they will be very happy to hear your positive feedback and experience during your recent ED visit.

I am very proud of our team and service delivery and greatly appreciate receiving feedback from patients, particularly where they experience a positive result from their treatment. Feedback, such as you have provided, assists our staff in knowing how appreciated they are, and encouraging them to remain in our region, so thank you.

I wish you all the best.

Regards,

Brian
