(as a parent/guardian),

We ended up in emergency at Geraldton Regional recently after my young child cut their head open. It was an incredibly busy weekend evening but the staff were amazing. They were under the pump but didn't let it affect the level of care they provided. They even took the time to organise a certificate of bravery for my child!

So thank you to everyone who helped out (there were a number of you). You made an awful day just that little bit easier.

The staff aim to provide high-quality compassionate care at all times, and your compliment demonstrates how they did this when providing care for you and your young child.
