(as the patient),

I have recently been to visit a new gynaecologist at the Broome Hospital Clinic.

Dr Ruth is new to me. I want to pass on my compliments to her and the whole service. The receptionist was kind and efficient. The appointment schedule was on time.

Dr Ruth was easy to talk to with an excellent manner and good listening skills. She was efficient, she spent careful and considered and thorough time with me. At the end of the consult, I felt very well informed and my condition was treated to my great satisfaction, and relief. The best service anyone could ask for.

We cannot underestimate the importance of our clinicians being able to listen effectively and communicate carefully with our patients.
