"Excellent, friendly customer service"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / 1 East (Ophthalmology)

(as a parent/guardian),

Wade helped us several times while my child has been seeing an ophthalmologist at the Sydney Eye Hospital.  His competence, demeanour, personality and friendliness were so welcome, especially bearing the burden of the worry associated with illness.

He was such a pleasure to speak to and so helpful.  We wanted you to know how grateful we are that you have employed amazing staff that are not only able to do a wonderful job but are socially able to help patients and families with kindness, humour and friendship in the few minutes you have with them while at their station.

Dear leafykat,

Thank you for taking the time to provide such glowing feedback on the care of your child. As you correctly identify, you worry about your child when they are ill and I am glad that Wade made you feel cared for and safe. I will certainly make sure I pass on your thoughts to Wade and the other staff within the department.
