The hospital booked me into the fractures clinic at Dandenong Hospital. I was seen 4 hours later than my scheduled appointment. On the follow-up visit one month later, I was still waiting for more than 2 and a half hours for an early morning scheduled appointment.
I feel disappointed that in the 21st century the scheduling skills of an organisation are, in my opinion, so hopeless.
