About: Peel Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I came through the Peel Emergency Department recently in the afternoon. I would just like to give credit to the triage nurse on duty. As I watched him with each patient he was so thorough, compassionate and caring towards each and every person he dealt with. It was busy but his demeanour remained calm and professional. I believe he is a credit to your department!

It is absolutely lovely to hear that even though the department was busy, you witnessed caring professionalism as he triaged people in need of health care in our emergency department. I feel so fortunate to be the person responding to your post, and in awe of the amazing front line staff who deliver great care and service to this community.
