(as a relative),

My elderly parent was brought in to the emergency at Geraldton Regional Hospital by ambulance. To start with, the ambulance staff were so calming and reassuring and onto the situation.  

When we arrived at the hospital, the care from the staff was amazing. My parent ended up with pneumonia, anemia, internal bleeding and low blood pressure. We had 5 doctors sorting the issues and an amazing nurse called Shona. 

We could not have asked for more attention and care. Once up in the high dependency ward, Dr Divine and his team were professional and caring. Within days my parent's health began to improve. The nursing staff were amazing!

I would highly recommend the care, the medical teams and service at the Geraldton Regional Hospital to anyone.

Your parent was very unwell and I am sure this would have been very stressful for you and your family so appreciate that you have taken the time to get in contact and let us know that our services met your needs. I am so glad to hear that our staff provided high quality, compassionate care and that your parent's health improved quickly.

It will be my great pleasure to pass on your compliment to the staff in the Emergency Department and High Dependency Ward, including Dr Divine and nurse Shona. We also work closely with St John’s Ambulance so I will also make sure they too hear about how calming and reassuring they were to you and your parent.
