"Professional and courteous ED staff"

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was taken to Emergency at RPH recently. 

I would just like to say that the attention that I received was absolutely first class. 

I believe the staff were under pressure (with numerous other patients) however when they were dealing with me I had their complete attention. All of the staff were very professional and courteous. They explained what was happening, what they were going to do, and when the results came through they explained the results in detail and in terms that I was able to understand. 

It seems unfair to pick out one individual because all of the staff were so good however I have to say that Dr Chris was particularly good. His bedside manner and communication skills were exceptional. 

I thank everyone involved in my treatment.
