"Hospital equipment"

My relative is currently in Monash Clayton and has been there for a few weeks. My relative is very tall, and has been put in a standard bed where their legs don’t fit! I believe the family has been asking and staff keep saying they’ll look into, but it seems nothing has happened to date.

In my opinion, when people are in hospital they are down already. You think they would at least be able to get the basic comforts of being able to fit in a bed! Does anyone know how we can get my relative a bigger bed urgently!
