(as the patient),

I feel frustrated as I'm bought in here at a certain time to see a dr at the Antenatal Clinic. I feel waiting 50 mins to an hour, sometimes an hour and a half, is pathetic with no warning. It's very uncomfortable sitting in a waiting room very heavily pregnant, not to mention if I have other children and everyday responsibilities to worry about. Time is everything when you're a mum.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I fully acknowledge your frustration. By way of background and not as an excuse, there are multiple antenatal clinic providers based at Armadale Hospital. We have shared your story with all the antenatal clinic providers. They have all provided me with assurance that your experience will be reviewed as a priority. They are currently reviewing scheduling appointments and times with the objective of improving the experience for women and families moving forward.
