The meals received (besides breakfast) are the worst that I’ve ever had from any hospital ever. In my opinion, the pies and slices are mushy, the frozen vegetables are soggy and there was never an option for fresh veg, and overall taste below par.
Also, even though the meals came out hot, I felt it was as if they had been cooked two days prior and reheated before service. The meals actually made me dread staying here longer (despite my illness), and I ate fresh fruit or had family members bring meals up to me throughout the course of my stay.
