About: Lives Lived Well – Dubbo (Roadmaps)

(as the patient),

The Roadmaps program is a community-based program. It helped me with lifestyle things. What I thought was normal was waking up in the morning looking for a cone, but I learnt that I could wake up and have breakfast or have a shower first.

I would say if you are thinking about coming to Roadmaps, come and participate. I believe that you might learn something new or something that you didn't know about yourself.
