"Attitude of front desk staff"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / 1 East (Ophthalmology)

(as a parent/guardian),

I had to take my parent to the Eye Hospital and I felt we were greeted rudely at the reception desk. The staff member at the desk is so abrupt and rude in my opinion. I also walked up to validate my parking and they kept on telling me to do it when I was leaving. They were just so rude that I will contact the head department about the treatment and attitude towards me.

Not happy at all.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about your recent poor experience. I am sincerely sorry that your recent visit fell short of your expectations. Your recent experience was understandably very frustrating and sadly worsened by the response you received when requesting parking validation.
