(as the patient),

I came in with what turned out to be minor lacerations on two fingers (looked a lot worse initially). Both the doctor and triage nurse were great, very professional and friendly. The doctor was very understanding of my stupidity and addressed my problem quickly and efficiently, all the while maintaining a very friendly attitude.

Perfect solution to my problem, not one issue with the treatment.
