Came in as a day patient on GPs referral. The care at Medical Ward, Wonthaggi Hospital was excellent, felt secure with the whole process. The nursing during this process was professional and caring. The environment was relaxing and friendly. A big thank you to nurse Melanie.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It's a pleasure to be able to provide these important day care services at BCH - I know having a blood transfusion can be scary so I am pleased that our nurses were able to make you feel relaxed.
