"Emergency visit Redcliffe Hospital"

About: Redcliffe Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was sent by my GP to hospital for a moon boot after fracturing my ankle. The Emergency Department was busy and realistically I was not a priority and was happy to wait.

I was seen after about two hours by the female nurse practitioner and the plaster technician. They were absolutely wonderful, honest and informative.  I couldn't ask for a better experience from triage through to discharge.

I have a long medical history and usually attend another hospital. I was tentative to go anywhere else but I'm grateful  I did.

Thank you to the staff at Redcliffe Hospital.  I am very grateful.
