"Faulty ECG machines"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / 1 East (Ophthalmology)

(as the patient),

At Sydney Eye Hospital, the nurses and doctors were lovely but I believe they need new ECG machines as neither of the two they had to work with worked properly. One had to be played with for quite a while before it worked for them. I think they should have equipment that works the first time.

The staff helping me were Anne, Kathleen and Patrick - all three were lovely.

Dear Petal,

Thank you for your feedback and the wonderful acknowledgement of the nursing and doctors involved in your care. I will ensure Anne, Kathleen and Patrick are notified.

Thank you for bringing to our attention the issue with the ECG machines. The manager will assess the machines to ensure they are in working order.

All the best

Kind regards

Alan
