(as a relative),

My child was suffering intense pain on their arrival at Northampton Health Service, and the staff were immediately attentive to their needs, listening to everything they had to say. They were also swift to contact ETS and get an action plan happening. The treatment my child received was a great relief for them, for which we are very grateful. High accolades to the staff for their outstanding efforts at this special rural Health Service.
