"Mixed experience at the hospital"

My sibling spent time in ICU at the RAH and I can only say wonderful things about the unit. The staff were beyond good in what has to be acknowledged as a very high-stress area.

Perhaps the only hiccup was the, in my opinion, incompetence of the Ophthalmology team. Lost scans, scanning the wrong eye, rushed visits with little or no explanations of prognosis or treatment plan. 

And to top it all off, post-discharge the admission forms for further surgery were lost after being told that the procedure needed to be before Christmas.
