"Staff member's horrific attitude"

About: PRP Diagnostic Imaging

(as the patient),

I called to book a non-invasive prenatal (NIPT) test. I was 8 weeks pregnant. The person on the desk was super insensitive and thoughtless. They said they’d do an ultrasound first before the NIPT.

I explained I’ve had two including the dating scan so am happy to bring in. The staff member said they need to check if my baby was dead. I was beyond horrified! I decided not to react or it would really deeply upset me.

I’ve now discovered a week later (before my NIPT testing) that my baby’s heart stopped beating. I believe the staff member on the counter must correct their horrific attitude or change jobs as I don’t want anyone else to experience this level of insensitivity.
