Recently, I had an appointment for a colonoscopy at the Outpatient Clinic at Armadale Health Service. It was my sixth colonoscopy over the years so I have some experience from several other hospitals around Perth.
The exceptional care, approach and attitude I received from every single member of the hospital staff left me speechless all in all. I would love to mention names, but I don't want to risk leaving anyone out. It started with the receptionists through the pre-admission nurse, all the nurses on the floor on the day of the procedure, to the knowledge and experience of the anaesthetic doctor and surgeon. Relatively short waiting period, swift operation, excellent aftercare. So the whole procedure took a good hour and a half less than any of my previous colonoscopies.
Being a pensioner I was not a private patient, still I received a service that was high above any of my previous experiences.
THANK YOU ALL!
"Exceptional care"
