(as a relative),

After a more than unsatisfactory experience on a previous hospital stay and reporting the many issues encountered, the issues that I raised were speedily addressed and resolved to the point that the latest in-hospital experience for my parent could not have been more positive and caring, for myself included.

I cannot thank both Social Workers enough! Katherine & Alice (with her beautiful smile that lit up the room and immediately eased any tensions).

The Staff on MAU and Rehabilitation Wards.

Di, Heidi and Adam who listened, were empathetic, interested and genuinely supportive when we met.

You all combined to make a harrowing, stressful time so much smoother and I cannot thank you all enough. Bless you!
