About: Wonthaggi Hospital / Emergency Department Wonthaggi Hospital / Sub-acute Inpatient Service

(as the patient),

I presented at Emergency Department where I was immediately treated and given amazing care. When I was taken to the ward, where I stayed for several days, I was totally thankful for all of the nurses, in their hands-on approach, their connection with all of their patients, and the confidence that we were given, due to the explanations and communication with us. This applies to physio, pharmacy and doctors attending also.

It made my hospital stay a positive experience. Thank you all.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback - we will be sure to pass it on. It is very heartening to know that the work our staff are doing to improve their care to patients is hitting the mark. Our Emergency staff and Acute ward understand that they have a privileged role to support people when they are at their sickest and in need of expert care. The community can have confidence in their skill and expertise and I know the staff will be thrilled to read your post. I hope you are continuing to recover well.
