"Positive experience"

Recently, my parent came here for a day procedure. I came and picked them up as they were not allowed to drive afterwards. My parent said that all the staff were very professional, warm and caring and made the experience a positive one.

The only negative was in the car park when I arrived. The only ticket machine seemed a bit temperamental. The machine said to tap your card and using the buttons, select how long you want, then press ok. I did this but it didn't do anything except charge me a whole day worth of money. So I pressed the cancel button and just paid with cash as I was only going to be there for no more than one hour.

So to summarise; I believe the whole experience within the hospital was top notch and could not be faulted in my opinion, however, the ticket machine in the car park may need servicing or replacing.
