"Thankful for the care they provided"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / 2 West & Hand Clinic

(as a relative),

My sibling had a severe infection in their hand which they didn’t seek treatment for immediately. Eventually, they went to a hospital and were promptly transferred to Sydney Hand Hospital.

My sibling spent two weeks having multiple treatments and surgeries to save their hand.

The service, care and support that the hospital has been amazing. We can not be more supportive of, and thankful for, the care they provided my sibling.

Dear cricketnp48,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback regarding your sibling's experience and particularly the Hand Unit team. I was so pleased to read how well the staff provided your sibling with the support and care during their surgeries. The team there do a terrific job and it is very clear that the values we strive for are alive and well! It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback with the staff.

I trust your sibling is recovering well.

Regards

Alan
