"A real asset"

About: Dental Services (Bass Coast Health)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I would personally like to thank my dentist, Shirley, for her wonderful and patient care. I believe Shirley has been a real asset to Bass Coast Dental Care and her ongoing patience and supportive manner instils confidence.

I would also like to make a brief comment about other staff. There have been several times when I have been left standing without acknowledgement while the receptionist is on the phone. At times their manner is quite rude and difficult. I am elderly.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our feedback form and have your feedback posted.

I 100% agree that Shirley is wonderful and I am so sorry that our reception staff have not been consistently kind, or attentive. That sort of response, even when they are busy, is not acceptable.
