(as the patient),

I had a great experience at Day Surgery. 

I find the lady at the desk friendly. My nurses were great & it was good to see the same ones I’d seen previously. 

I was reassured by my nurse that she'd stay with me throughout my procedure. 

I didn’t have any adverse effects from the anaesthetic which was wonderful.
