"Very positive experience at the Prince Charles Hospital"

I have recently had my right thumb IP joint fused. The wait period for the initial appointment and the subsequent wait period for the day surgery were long, as expected, and not a problem as the procedure was not urgent.

The whole experience was very well co-ordinated and I want to express my appreciation to everyone involved starting with the wait-list phone staff and follow-up letters for appointments, outpatient reception staff (a very helpful and overtly cheerful atmosphere prevails).

My numerous OT sessions were very helpful and OT Sandy is, in my opinion, so skilled professionally and my sessions with her were a pleasure.

The  Medical staff were not only skilled professionals they were very pleasant and caring people. 

My experience at TPCH has been very positive. Thank you.
