"Blood test experience"

I  went to pathology to have my blood test about a month ago. I felt the staff were rude. They failed to take my blood the first time and made me bleed all over the chair and they used a cotton to clean up the chair first and then rub my wound with the dirty cotton straight away! It was so disgusting but I didn't say anything.

Recently, I was trying to make my 28-week pregnant blood test and I believe it’s the same person over the phone that told me I have to be in the hospital early in the morning. I also believe I need to take the form to the hospital before the test date. I don’t understand why this staff member tries to make everything so difficult for the customers. I told them I have kids and it’s very hard for me to be there so early. They tell me to go to the hospital, they can explain to me as I don’t understand over the phone! So I ring up a different hospital and the people were so lovely and tell me to be there at a reasonable time in the morning and I don’t need to go there before the test date just to drop the form.
