"Patient Feedback"

I didn't know about this website until after writing to the Minister of Health and there was a link in the email acknowledgement so am repeating my words here :-)

Recently, I was bused down from Northam to Narrogin Hospital for a Colonoscopy.

The purpose of this letter is to convey my deepest appreciation and admiration for the outstanding care I received by all involved.

Right from the pre-admission clinic with Tracy and the admissions nurse (sorry, I missed her name) till our return when our nurse Rochelle waited outside of Northam Hospital to ensure I had transport home, the professionalism and the care I received was absolutely second to none.

It was simply beyond 5 star and I cannot think of a single aspect that could possibly be improved upon.

In my opinion, the accommodation was 5 star and I was even presented with a tray of jellies, drinks and clear soup shortly after arrival, I felt like royalty! :-)

So my sincerest thanks to Rochelle, Rachelle, our driver Phil, the anesthetist Dr Gavin (what a hoot he is!! :-) ), my Gastroenterologist Dr B and everyone else whose names I didn't know.
