Unfortunately, I have had two instances in the past 6 months of requiring the services of Ballarat Base Hospital. I feel so lucky to live close to the Ballarat Base Hospital.
From the Mobile Intensive Care Ambulance (MICA) professionals, to the ambulance drivers, to the emergency professionals, to the radiologists, to the ward staff, nurses, doctors and then to the outpatient services and reviews. All were so professional, comforting and caring.
My wait times were understandable. It might not be the most luxurious hospital but I believe it is staffed by great professionals.
