I visited Prince Of Wales (POW) Private Hospital for a doctors appointment recently. The hand sanitiser dispenser at the entry & the one on the 7th floor were empty.
I believe this should not happen in a hospital, particularly at a time when the entire world is on high alert for coronavirus. This is unacceptable, in my opinion!
