"Being an outpatient at Collie hospital"

About: Collie Hospital

(as the patient),

Had a small operation recently as an outpatient.

From the front office to theatre staff & aftercare,  couldn't have asked for nicer, kinder, caring personnel.

As not been in a hospital for many years was a bit scared but by the time I arrived at the hospital was feeling calm & not worried at all. Knew I was in great hands. They assured me at all times & not once did I worry.

Dear bluefg65,

A very sincere thank you for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback regarding your recent experience at Collie Hospital.

It is really comforting to know that the Collie team from the front office to the theatre staff all provided a caring and professional service.

Being in a hospital can make a person anxious and it is good to know that staff reassured you to reduce the stress.

I hope that you have recovered and I will ensure that staff are made aware of your feedback.

Kind Regards

Lucy Murphy

A/District Manager
