"Mum's stay and ultimate passing"

I want to say how wonderful the team at St George Hospital have been to my mum, dad and all the family. 

To Dr Clair, you are one amazing lady. To Dr Sia, you are also so special. To Dr Tajo,  I cannot express how much you mean to dad and I. Your caring and love for us was truly amazing. To Jen, the Irish support nurse on Ward 3 South, thank you. You made mum feel special and loved. To the ICU staff - Natalie, Wax, Ewan,  Di - and I am sure there are more. To Julie and Sally, I cannot thank you enough for what you did for mum... Sally the photo I have of you sitting with mum said a thousand words. Your heart is just so kind, both are truly amazing. To the team that allowed Albert the bird to arrive. Thank you Thank You. Words cannot express how much that did mean to us all. To Linda the palliative care nurse that spoke to mum, you are a true blessing.  

To the entire team that helped mum in her last 2 weeks - Thank you .
