(as the patient),

For years I have been terrified of going to the dentist because of past experiences. Last month I met the most amazing dentist who has completely changed my attitude. Anne was such a beautiful lady and she put me at ease with her happy chatting. I have had a number of fillings and have to say I didn’t feel a thing. I’m even looking forward to my next appointment! This lady should receive a medal for her wonderful work and care. The girls who assisted were faultless as well.
