(as a friend),

I took a neighbour to Royal Perth Emergency Dept as they asked for help with an alcohol problem. Whilst in the assessment area the nurses were great, but my praise must go to Annabelle the Dr, for her excellent manner in the way she was asking the relevant questions.

Thank you for taking the time to express your appreciation for the service provided by staff to your friend. It was brave of your neighbour to discuss their concerns about their health and it is wonderful to hear that staff displayed the sensitivity and professionalism we expect when speaking with your friend.

I have ensured that senior staff are aware of your lovely compliment and I have asked them to share your kind words with Annabelle and the Emergency Department nursing staff.
