(as a parent/guardian),

I would just like to compliment Paediatrician, Graeme and his nurse and student doctor on being so friendly and approachable at my child's appointment recently.

They took the time to listen and understand our history. We were made to feel comfortable and they interacted wonderfully with my child who can be a bit shy and quiet.

Graeme is a credit to his profession and his service to Albany Hospital.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience about Albany Hospital. I am so glad to know that you felt heard and comfortable in the hands of our doctors and nurses. It is always concerning when your child needs to go to the hospital and, as a parent, I know how important it is to feel listened to, included and reassured that your child is receiving the best possible care.

I really appreciate you taking the time to let us know through Patient Opinion of the wonderful care you experienced. Receiving your feedback is very rewarding for us and we particularly like to ensure that people named within good feedback receive it. Dr Frank Willis was the only male Pediatrician working in Outpatients/Zone 2 at Albany Hospital on the day your child attended.
