I have a severe chronic condition and have been in the care of Rheumatology (Dr Claire) and orthopaedics (Dr Amanda and Dr David) and feel very cared for and validated. Unlike many institutions, I don't feel disempowered or abandoned.
This hospital has cared for me wonderfully; I believe the nursing staff are hard-working, varied and friendly. I have many blood tests; the phlebotomists are fantastic. They make it fast and easy. Same with X-ray, so why so many folks complain, I don't know.
