"Super caring staff"

I have had two interactions with Natasha thus far - both in the context of preparing my parent for surgery. She proactively checks in, comforts my parent and even has a phenomenal sense of humour.

Seeing her smiling face today, I believe, was all the reassurance I needed to confidently know that my parent will be looked after pre- and post-operation.

Please do acknowledge Natasha. A wonderful human being in my opinion.
