(as the patient),

I need to have a root canal on my tooth. I felt the dentist and their assistant were very patient with me, as they needed to explain the process of what was going to happen using the public system.

I now have a full understanding of the system, including wait times and can make an informed decision regarding my options of either having the tooth extracted or the root canal.
